Lisa Jean Smith founded Learning Journey, Inc. in 1995 after working for Customized Training Services at Minnesota West Technical College for six years. During the past 23 years she has facilitated training experiences for thousands of participants from every area of business and industry in both the private and public sectors. She has recently participated on AchieveGlobal’s advisory board.
Lisa Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree with major concentration in Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to her training career she had 13 years of managerial experience.
